This project was all about texture. The lightest textures on the floorboards feature old chipped paint and general muck. The mud mountain the floor is built into is very heavily textured. It features various types of multicolored rubber crumb to create the vision of rural dirt and muck while still being safe for actors to walk/run on barefoot.
